These terms govern use of the Emocean Sites marketing website. A signed services agreement—not this page—controls any paid engagement.

Operator and contact

Emocean Sites is operated by Emocean LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Website questions may be sent to hello@emoceansites.com.

No automatic engagement

Submitting an inquiry or sending an email does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or obligate Emocean LLC to accept a project. An engagement begins only under a signed agreement and the stated payment conditions.

Pricing and scope

Displayed prices describe standard starting scopes in US dollars. A written proposal and signed agreement confirm deliverables, exclusions, schedule, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, termination, and change requests.

No performance guarantee

Website examples and service descriptions do not guarantee traffic, leads, rankings, conversions, revenue, or other business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside the website scope.

Portfolio and demonstrations

Studio demonstrations are labeled and are not presented as client engagements. No customer relationship, endorsement, or performance result should be inferred beyond the written description.

Site content

Unless otherwise stated, the website's copy, visual system, and original materials belong to Emocean LLC or are used under license. You may view the site for legitimate business evaluation but may not copy, resell, scrape, or misrepresent its materials.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site's security, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, probe non-public systems, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Availability and external services

The site and its links may change or become unavailable. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
