Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Emocean LLC handles information submitted through the Emocean Sites website or sent to its business email.

Operator

Emocean Sites is a studio service operated by Emocean LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Privacy questions may be sent to hello@emoceansites.com.

Information collected

A project inquiry may include your name, work email, company, website, requested scope, target timeline, project goals, consent record, submission time, and basic security or server logs. If you contact the studio by email, the message and related correspondence are also processed.

How information is used

Information is used to assess project fit, answer inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver requested services, protect the website and inbox, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. It is not sold.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Business email is hosted by Northwest Registered Agent's Business Identity service. These providers process limited information as needed to host the site, route inquiries, maintain security, and deliver email. No behavioral advertising or website analytics are currently enabled.

Retention

Inactive or declined project inquiries are generally retained for no more than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for security, dispute, tax, accounting, or legal purposes. Client and transaction records may be retained longer under the applicable services agreement and recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing the address above. A request may require reasonable identity verification, and some records may be retained where legally permitted or required.

Security and sensitive information

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, financial account data, government identifiers, medical information, legal case details, or other sensitive personal information through the general inquiry form.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the website or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
